Will writers in Bath
If you live in Bath and you have been putting off writing a will, you are in the majority. We make it easy: tell us what you need and we introduce you to a vetted local will writer.
Covering Bath and around
We match enquiries across Bath, including Oldfield Park, Bear Flat, Widcombe, Larkhall, Combe Down, Bathampton and Weston. Postcodes covered include BA1 and BA2. Many will writers offer home visits; most can also do everything by phone and video if you prefer.
What it costs in Bath
Prices in Bath are much the same as the national picture: typically £90-£150 for a single will and £150-£250 for mirror wills for couples, with trusts and more complex arrangements costing more. You will always get a fixed price before any work starts. See our full cost guide.
A local note
Bath has some of the oldest owner-occupiers in the South West – many of our Bath enquiries are people updating a will written twenty or thirty years ago.
How it works
- Tell us what you need – 2 minutes online.
- We match you with an experienced, insured will writer who covers Bath.
- They contact you for a free, no-obligation chat and agree a fixed price up front.
Legal Wills Direct is an introduction service, not a firm of solicitors. We connect you with independent will writers and we are paid by them, never by you.
