Who we are
Legal Wills Direct (“we”, “us”) is a will-writing introduction service operating in England and Wales. We are the data controller for the personal information you give us.
What we collect
When you fill in our quote form we collect your name, contact details (phone and email), postcode, and the information you choose to give us about your will requirements.
What we do with it
- We use your details to match you with a will writer who covers your area, and we pass your details to that will writer so they can contact you.
- With your consent, we (or the matched will writer) contact you by phone, email or SMS about your enquiry. Our quote form asks for your consent for each of these separately, and names who will contact you.
- We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months so we can answer questions about what happened with your enquiry.
What we never do
- We never sell your details to third-party marketers.
- We never add you to newsletters or marketing lists without separate consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict how we use it. Email hello@legalwillsdirect.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work and to measure anonymised usage. We do not use advertising trackers.
